Many thanks to the brilliant musicians from All Set, who came to school last week to play their instruments for our school and our Shared Education partners, Derryhale P.S.
The musicians talked about their instruments and then played each one individually. The children learned about the drums, the traditional Irish instruments, the bodhran and the uilleann pipes and the Scottish bagpipes. The musicians then all played together and treated us to traditional pieces as well as some well known pieces by AC/DC!
