There was lots of fun and learning while baking bread in Primary 1. After reading the story of The Little Red Hen, we decided to test how hard she had to work to bake her bread. Thankfully all the children helped, unlike the animals in the story who refused to help the Little Red Hen bake her bread.
When the bread came out of the oven, our classroom was filled with a lovely smell. We couldn’t wait to spread butter and jam on it and get tasting. It was delicious.
