The boys and girls in our newly formed choir are extremely excited to have been invited by Reverend Pete from the Loughgall and District Improvement Association to help with the Christmas Tree Lights switch-on ceremony this coming Thursday 28th Nov. from 6.15pm onwards. This is a great opportunity for the choir to join up with the pupils from the Cope P.S. and jointly perform some well-known and much loved Christmas Carols. And in an extra special treat for two lucky pupils, there will be one child from each school randomly selected to switch-on the lights as a culmination to the event.
In preparation for the night, we recently travelled over to visit the Cope Primary School and practice our carols together. A huge word of thanks to Mrs. McAllespie and the rest of the staff at the Cope for making us feel so welcome. Check back next week to see some pictures of the event itself!
