The Friends of St. Oliver Plunkett's PTA and Ballyhegan Davitt's club members put on an amazing Santa Dash and Christmas Fair today for the boys and girls of the school and wider community.
The atmosphere and buzz around the Davitt's hall and grounds was simply brilliant and everyone had a great morning getting out, being active and enjoying the delights of the many local craft stalls from local producers.
Needless to say, the event could not have happened without the tireless work of the volunteers and very generous donations in many different varieties from local businesses and families. All in all it was a fabulous community event and something that can hopefully be added to the yearly calendar for many years to come.
