A huge well done goes to a selection of our footballers who played at half time of the Armagh v Mayo Allianz National League division 1 match today in the Athletic Grounds. In what was a gorgeous afternoon for playing football, the boys and girls ran out onto the field on the stroke of half time to play in front of a packed house.
We want to extend a word of thanks to Mr. Gary Farrell of Armagh Cumann na mBunscol, and the other Cumann na mBunscol officials, for helping us on the day and sending the invitation to participate.
All in all it was a fabulous experience for the pupils and they did their school, their families and the local Davitt's GAA club proud with their performance.
