We already knew that the P7 leavers of 2022/23, and their families, were an amazing bunch of caring, generous and supportive members of our school community. But they went over and above anything expected of them in showing real leadership and a genuine desire to give back to their school by donating not one but two major gifts on the day of their leaving.
Firstly, they donated two brand new ‘Buddy Benches’ that can be placed around the school to give us somewhere to rest our feet on a weary day or where friends can sit and chat during break and lunch times. Pictured below are the P7s and Mrs. Fearon with their new donations!
And secondly, the school is now in possession of 10 brand new size 4 footballs to be used by our younger pupils in PE and Gaelic sports!
