Today the Primary 3 and 4 princesses and knights visited Bagenal's castle in Newry. It was a fantastic day of fun and learning for all! The children had a tour of all the different rooms in the castle, played typical parlour games and even got to try on medieval costumes. They also designed and created their very own castles. Miss Gallagher was so impressed with their medieval masterpieces! Well done everyone! Our exciting day was topped off by an enjoyable feast in the banqueting hall. Castle life isn't so bad after all!
