A major part of our Wellbeing programme in school is aimed at engaging pupils in playing, responding to and performing various types of music. Music has been proven extensively to increase pupil engagement, improve their mood and help them relax more. Therefore we are delighted to welcome Connell McBride to school to work with our KS1 pupils.
Using the Melodica, Connell will work with the pupils in P3 and P4 throughout Term 3 and we hope to secure his services for the longer term as well.
