The children in Primary 1 decided to focus on completing jigsaw puzzles during play this week. Jigsaw puzzles have been around from the 1700s and studies have shown that these ‘toys’ have lasting benefits to us. They stimulate our brains, increase concentration levels and help us feel more peaceful. The children worked very hard at completing easier jigsaw puzzles and moving on to more difficult ones. Well done P1. We will continue with this next week.
