Our P1 pupils are well on their way to becoming tech wizards.
Not only have they perfected their use of the mouse to play Tizzy’s Toybox on the computer, but they are also using iPads to carry our various learning tasks.
Pupils completed letter and number formation in the Just2Easy app. They traced letters number and their names on the Topmark’s Letter Formation game. Mrs McKee mirrored all iPads onto the IWB so we could see our work and our friends’ work on the big screen.
Pupils have completed two art pieces on the Just2Easy Paint app. Firstly they designed an autumn scene and then they painted a digital Spooky Picture for the P6/7 Spooky Halloween competition.
A popular app is also the J2Stars app where children select their own character and award themselves a star for good listening, excellent behaviour, hard work or being kind.
