Our boy and girl footballers from KS2 enjoyed another hugely successful outing yesterday as St. Peter's P.S., Collegeland invited us over for a Cumann na mBunscol school blitz. With 35 players taking part from our school, we were able to field 3 separate panels ensuring they all got to enjoy football in every single game.
Huge congratulations to our panel led by Rory as they managed to hold off a very good St. John's Eglish side in the final to win the blitz. A thoroughly deserved victory for the girls and boys on that panel but more importantly everyone who played yesterday had a wonderful morning and enjoyed their games.
Final word of thanks to Mr. McAlinden and the Collegland O'Rahillys for their hospitality and generously hosting the event.
