Fit2Help and Big Healthy Breakfast
The school hopes to run its annual Fit2Help and Big Healthy Breakfast fundraiser event this coming Friday 7th October (weather permitting). Following on from the huge success of the event last year, it will involve every child receiving a delicious healthy fruit breakfast in the canteen before going to the yard for a scheduled Fun Fitness Multi-Sports Activity challenge. After lunch we will then all participate in a Daily Mile walking event around the school grounds. In addition to this, Coach Conán will be in school to deliver his normal P.E. lessons for all classes. This should be a very busy but enjoyable day for everyone.
Sponsorship forms have been sent home with pupils today and all forms should be returned no later than next Friday 14th October in order for the pupils' names to be entered into the prize draw raffle which will take place the following week.
We will keep a keen eye on the weather forecast throughout the week and fingers crossed the event will go ahead as planned this Friday.
