Primary 1 pupils have enjoyed using various scales to explore Weight. They understand the difference between heavy and light objects and how to identify a heavy or light object on a Pan Balance scale. The children also used weighted numbers on one side of a scale and then counted out the corresponding number of frogs on the other side in order to make the scales balance.
