Primary 1 had a wonderful World Book Day.
The day started with a ‘World Book Day Work Out’ where we heard a fantastic story and we had to act out the actions taken from the story’s adventures.
Children then designed a book cover with themselves as the main character based on what they were dressed up as today.
We visited our reading area in the sensory garden and we all got to sit on the Reading Throne.
Mrs McKee read us the story ‘We’re Going on a Bear And we followed this by watching a video of Michael Rolsen, the author of this story, reading the same story. He definitely read the story much better! 😊🙃😊
