Pupils in Primary 1 are working their way through our new WAU topic, Day, Night, Colour and Light. We have been investigating the differences between night and day and the light sources available during both night and day. We have made a light box in class and have used it during Structured Play.
We have been exploring colours as well as sorting colours in class. We have introduced colour mixing with the interchangeable lenses in the Colour Mixing Glasses and we will be investigating colour mixing further in the coming weeks.
