The pupils in P1 have enjoyed exploring money through play. They were able to sort 1p coins form all other coins, they paid for items in a digital online shopping game and they had practical experience being both the customer and the shop keeper in our Primary 1 shop. Work was then consolidated with worksheets focusing on making amounts of money within 10p using 1p coins.
